Remaining credits on an expired class card may be rolled over for 45 days due to the student's inability to practice because of injury or medical necessity. With a valid doctor's note, the $25 standard class card rollover fee and the requirement to purchase a new class card will be waived. Please note that this request can only be processed after the class card has expired. Medical rollover credits may be extended one additional time, but this extension will be subject to standard class card rollover policies.
