Classic 26/265 or 90 Minutes
Formerly known as Bikram Yoga, this class follows the traditional sequence of 26 yoga postures and two breathing exercises. Vinyasa Flow65 Minutes
Each sequence is uniquely designed to create smooth transitions from one posture to the next, integrating breath with dynamic movement. Pilates' Mat55 Minutes
Classical Pilates’ mat work uses specifically sequenced intentional movements developed by Joseph Pilates to build strength from the center, or “powerhouse.” Through precise, controlled movement with an emphasis on breath and alignment, this class develops body awareness while improving strength, coordination, and flexibility. This class combines the structured postures of Classic 26/2 with the dynamic flow of Vinyasa, creating a hybrid class that blends stability with movement. Expanded 26/2 (Level 2)90 Minutes
This class builds on the foundations of the Classic 26/2 series, guiding you deeper into familiar poses and introducing challenging variations. Expect dynamic modifications and extended holds designed to help you explore new boundaries in your practice, bridging from the 26/2 series into the 84 series. Ideal for those with a strong understanding of the Classic 26/2 series, this class offers a rewarding, invigorating approach for those looking to deepen their practice. It focuses on building strength, discipline, and control, while fostering a unique mind-body connection.
