Covid-19 Updates

​Our primary goal is to keep our community safe while providing you with a space to move, meditate and maintain a sense of well-being during these challenging times. Bronx Yoga Lab no longer requires proof of vaccination. Masks remain optional for vaccinated students, however, are strongly encouraged for those who remain unvaccinated against Covid-19. ​Masks covering your mouth and nose must be worn at all times in public areas of the building. In order to reopen safely, we have made considerable upgrades to our studio and have passed the New York City Department of Health (DOH) inspection. These upgrades include: 

• Updated HVAC system with Merv13 filters that help trap viruses like COVID-19 from circulated air.
• Installed Air Scrubbers with UV light technology cleansing air throughout the studio.  
• Installed an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) unit providing additional cleansing throughout the studio.  

We have also implemented NEW protocols outlined below: 

• We kindly ask that you do not congregate in and around the studio. 
• While are authorized to resume 100% capacity, we still are offering in-studio classes with limited enrollment. All classes and workshops will be limited to thirty (30) students. All students are required to pre-register for classes by downloading and using the Bronx Yoga Lab App. 
• Due to limited enrollment, the cancellation/no-show policy will be strictly enforced. Please cancel four (4) hours prior to class. No exceptions.
• Masks are now optional while in the studio, lobby and locker rooms. Masks covering mouth and nose must be worn at all times in public areas of the building.
• Hand sanitizer is conveniently available around the studio. Visibly soiled hands must be washed following CDC guidelines upon entering the studio.
