Terms and Conditions
All AUTO-RENEWING MEMBERSHIPS require a 2-Month Commitment at contract signing and auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Each membership entitles you up to a certain number of classes per billing cycle as stated at time of purchase. Unused classes expire at the end of the billing cycle and cannot be rolled over.
Discounts on merchandise exclude beverages, snacks, and single-serving electrolytes. Additional exclusions may apply.
All reservations using your membership are subject to the Studio's Late-Cancel/No-Show and Waitlist Policies.

What is the late-cancel/no-show policy for members?
You must cancel your class reservation at least 4 hours prior to the start of class or 24 hours prior to the start of a Workshop to avoid a penalty. Core, Basic, Prime, 3-Month, 6-Month, and Annual Members will be charged a $10 Late-Cancel/No Show Fee AND lose the class credit. Premium and Premium Annual members will not be assessed Late-Cancel/No Show Fees, however, the class credit is still pulled from the package.
How do I upgrade my membership?
Of course, you can upgrade your membership! You can not, however, upgrade your membership mid-cycle. You must exhaust your current membership benefits or complete your current cycle (whichever comes sooner). Your billing cycle may change when you upgrade. Simply email us with your request at least 14 days before the end of your billing cycle.
How do I bring a guest using my membership benefit?
If your membership package includes guest privileges, you can use the "Bring a Guest" feature in the mobile app. Both you and the guest must be enrolled in the same class to use this feature. Simply enter the guests email and reserve. If your guest has never been to the studio before, please instruct them to create a profile prior to arrival.
Can I place a hold/freeze on my membership?
Once a membership is purchased, you cannot freeze it for any reason other than for medical injury or pregnancy. If you are requesting a medical freeze, please email us with your request and attach a valid doctor's note.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by emailing us at least 14 days before the next renewal date. Your membership will remain active until its expiration date upon cancellation. Cancellations via phone, SMS text, or social media messenger will not be accepted.
Memberships require a 2-month commitment. Requests for termination prior to reaching the contract commitment will be subject to a $25 early-termination penalty due immediately at contract termination.
