Registration Policy: Please register in advance using the mobile app or website. All students should register for class prior entering the Studio. As a reminder, registration closes and doors lock 5 minutes before the start of every class. Please arrive early so we may start class on time.  

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel your class reservation prior to the late cancellation window outlined below to avoid a penalty. Students with class cards and class packs, will lose the class credit. Members will be charged a $10 Late-Cancel Fee and will also lose the class credit.

No-Show Policy: If you do not late-cancel and fail to attend your class reservation, students with class cards or class packs will lose the class credit. Members will be charged a $10 No-Show Fee and will also lose the class credit.

Wait-List Policy: If you’ve made an online reservation and haven’t checked in at least 5 minutes before class starts, your spot may be given to a waitlisted student. If this happens, a no-show penalty will apply.​
