Studio Rental Rates
$100 per Hour
includes Main Studio, Lobby, and Accessible Bathroom
Available Add-Ons:

- Locker Rooms & Showers: $50 per Hour
- Heat in Studio: $30 per Hour
- Yoga Mats, Towels, and Water: Available upon request
- Yoga Props: Available upon request
- Booking and Payment Processing: Available upon request
- Banquet Tables: Available upon request

All rentals require a 2-hour minimum, inclusive of setup and breakdown.
Rental Requirements
All renters are required to provide the following prior to their booking:
Cleaning Policy
The space must be returned in the condition it was received. A cleaning fee of $50–$100 may be applied at the studio’s discretion for bookings requiring additional cleaning beyond normal use.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full 5 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are non-refundable; however, rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.

- Signed Rental Space Agreement
- Event liability waiver
