At Bronx Yoga Lab, we strive to create an inclusive community, where ALL bodies are welcome to breathe, move and explore. Our weekly schedule is full of heated classes and workshops; each one having something to offer you. After stepping onto your mat in the hot room, you will quickly realize the power of a consistent hot yoga practice. Our entire community is here to help you meet your wellness goals and celebrate the current and future you.
Our core principles.
In all of our classes, you'll find three common principles.
Breathe - (Verb) To take air into the lungs and then expel it.
By connecting to breath, we allow ourselves to connect to our bodies and the world around us.
Move - (Verb) To make progress; develop in a particular manner or direction. To change position.
Through movement, we further our own understanding of our body, its capabilities, and realize our own potential.
Explore - (Verb) To progress in or through an unfamiliar area to learn about or familiarize oneself with it.
In every class, we explore within, challenge our assumptions, and work towards greater acceptance of ourselves and others.

Our class offerings.
We're here to keep you in shape, both physically and mentally.
- Classic 26&2 - Formerly called Bikram Yoga, this yoga series of twenty-six yoga postures and two breathing exercises is designed to stretch and strengthen your muscles, ligaments, tendons, and internal organs. The posture sequence systematically moves fresh oxygenated blood throughout the body and works on balance, strength, flexibility, and alignment.
- Vinyasa Flow - Each class is unique and will help you develop strength and flexibility. Every class sequence is designed for smooth transitions; one posture flowing into the next, seamlessly integrating breath and movement.
- Vinyasa Fusion - A mix of everyone's favorite classic Classic 26/2 postures paired into a vinyasa-style flow. This unique sequence is designed to build strength, increase mobility and work your mind/body connection.
- Yin + Meditation - Yin Yoga is a gentle yoga practice where each posture is held for longer periods. Yin postures are designed to focus on the deep layers of connective tissue, the fascia, and the joints of the body. Props, like blocks and rolled-up towels, may be used to help the body ease into each posture. Based on the instructor, each class may incorporate other disciplines including breath-work, Qi Gong, myofascial release, or yoga Nidra meditation.
