Terms and Conditions
All AUTO-RENEWING MEMBERSHIPS require a minimum 2-Month Commitment at contract signing and auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Each membership entitles you up to a certain number of classes per billing cycle as stated at time of purchase. Unused classes expire at the end of the billing cycle and cannot be rolled over.

- All reservations using your membership are subject to the Studio's Late-Cancel/No-Show and Waitlist Policies.
- All active memberships required you to store a credit card on file. You can update your credit card online or in the mobile app in your student profile.
- Memberships may include benefits including discounts and additional perks. Some exclusions may apply.

I've made a reservation for class using my membership. What is the late-cancel/no-show policy?
You must cancel your class reservation at least 4 hours prior to the start of class to avoid a penalty. Reservations for workshops, specialty events and outdoor classes have different cancellation terms. Confirm cancellation windows when making any reservation.
Core, Basic, Prime, 3-Month, 6-Month, and Annual Members will be charged a $10 Late-Cancel/No Show Fee AND lose the class credit. Premium and Premium Annual members will not be assessed Late-Cancel/No Show Fees, however, the class credit is still pulled from the package.
Late-Cancel Fees are assessed immediately when the class reservation cancellation is processed within the late cancel window with the credit card on file.
No-Show Fees are assessed 6 hours after the missed class with the credit card on file.
Please Note: Any unpaid penalty fees will prevent you from booking future classes until your credit card information is updated and past due fees paid.

I want to bring my friend to class. How do I bring a guest using my membership benefit?
If your membership package includes guest privileges, you can use the "Bring a Guest" feature in the mobile app. Both you and the guest must be enrolled in the same class to use this feature. Simply enter the guest's email and tap reserve. If your guest has never been to the studio before, please instruct them to create a profile prior to arrival.

Need to check if you still have a guest pass available this month?
Simply open the mobile app > Tap the profile icon > Tap 'Memberships & Credits' > Review under 'Guest Usage Remaining'

I've exhausted all my classes for the month. How do I purchase additional classes?
If you have exhausted your membership credits for your billing cycle, members can purchase additional classes at a discounted rate. Simply purchase a 'Single Class' and the discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

I've exhausted my classes and want to take class on my billing cycle date. Can I do that?
Auto-renewing membership dues process after 11:00 pm Eastern Time on the last day of your billing cycle. You may use your class credits from your next cycle the following day. For example, if your billing cycle ends on May 1. You will be billed after 11 PM Eastern Time on May 1 and may use those credits starting May 2.
How do I take advantage of my membership benefits?
Most memberships also have additional benefits including discounts on workshops and retail items. Prime Plus, 3-Month, 6-Month, Annual, and Premium Annual members receive a 15% discount. Auto-renew member discounts are outlined below.

Retail discounts have some exclusions including beverages, snacks, and single-serving electrolytes. These discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Please note that membership discounts can not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. Whichever discount is higher will be applied to your order.
Can I use one of my membership credits to attend a workshop?
No. Workshops credits must be purchased separately. Some memberships include discounts on workshop credits.
I have a multi-month membership. Does it auto-renew?
3-Month, 6-Month and Annual memberships DO NOT auto-renew.
