Please submit your request at least 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before your requested freeze start date. Freeze requests cannot be applied retroactively. If your request is less than 72 hours prior to your requested freeze date, the membership freeze will go into effect on the date of processing.

Note: As a perk of membership, one freeze fee per calendar year is automatically waived.

You can start your freeze at any time—it doesn’t have to align with your billing cycle date.

⚠️IMPORTANT NOTE: To avoid being charged on your monthly billing cycle date, you must request the freeze to start one day prior. If you request a freeze to start on your billing date, your membership payment will be processed as usual, and the freeze will take effect that same day.

NOTE: Memberships in our system require 24 hours to reactivate after a freeze. To ensure your membership is active and ready for you to book your first class upon return, please select the day before your desired return date to the studio.
