Please submit your request at least 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before your requested freeze start date. Freeze requests cannot be applied retroactively. If your request is less than 72 hours prior to your requested freeze date, the membership freeze will go into effect on the date of processing.

Note: Due to a high volume of interest, members now have the option to freeze their memberships for a small fee. This privilege is not outlined or included as a stated benefit in any membership contract. This policy may be changed, modified, or discontinued at any time by BYL Management with or without notice.
