Membership Cancellation Request

As a courtesy to ensure prompt processing of your request, please submit your cancellation request at least 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before your billing cycle date.

A Few Reminders:

All auto-renewing memberships require a 2-month commitment per your signed membership agreement. Should you wish to cancel prior to your commitment being met, you will be assessed a $25 early termination fee at time of processing.
All cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to your billing cycle to avoid paying a $25 termination fee.
Cancellation requests cannot be applied retroactively once your membership payment has been processed.

Heading out of town for a business trip or going away on vacation?
Consider freezing your membership to lock in your benefits and current rate. Please submit your request here.

Not utilizing enough of your classes?
Consider changing to another membership with fewer classes. Please submit your request here.
