Please submit your cancellation request at least 14 days before your billing cycle date. 

A few reminders from your signed membership agreement:

• All auto-renewing memberships require a 2-month commitment per your signed membership agreement. Should you wish to cancel prior to your commitment being met, you will be assessed a $25 early termination fee at time of processing with the credit card on file.
• If you do not provide notice of cancellation at least 14 days before your billing cycle renewal date, you will be assessed a $25 termination fee to avoid your membership from auto-renewing an additional month.
• Cancellation requests cannot be applied retroactively once your membership payment has been processed.
